Are TimeWood watches waterproof?

  • Not, they are not, but they are water-resistant which means that they are resistant to sweat and cleaning hands.

Is it possible to shorten the band of the watch?

  • Yes, it is, the watchmaker will tailor it according to your needs.

If the watch is destroyed, can it be repaired?

  • Yes, it can, if the repair is possible, we will try to adjust it back to the original state.

How can I change the battery?

  • Battery can be changed at any regular watchmaker's.

What wood is the watch made of?

  • For manufacturing of the watch, we use walnut wood, ebony wood, olive wood, zebrawood and sandalwood in two colour tones.

What watch movement is in the watch?

  • In our watches, we use two types of high-end watch movements – Japanese watch movement Miyota Citizen and Swish watch movement Ronda, it depends on the particular watch model.

How long is the warranty period?

  • Warranty period has 24 months.

What sight protection do sunglasses have?

  • Out sunglasses have polarized lenses with UV 400 protection factor.

What wood are the sunglasses made of?

  • TimeWood sunglasses are made of exotic as well as local wood (zebrawood, ebony wood, maple wood, walnut wood, bamboo wood and rosewood).

Does the bowtie have adjustable length?

  • Yes, it is suitable also for so-called "neckless" guys.

Is it possible to additionally engrave anything on the watch?

  • Yes, it is, we offer engraving free of charge, manufacturing takes approximately 1 week. Engraving can be done both on the back side of the watch and on individual parts (according to the length of the text – the text usually involves initials, names, dates of birth etc.)

If I have allergy, can I wear TimeWood products?

  • Yes, sure, the products are hypoallergenic.
